Christopher Kane never fails to surprise us with his direction each season and this was no exception. His latest Versus show was full of strict tailoring mixed with sheer corseted panels, moulded leather and shimmering metallics. A stark contrast to the Gucci show which featured some of the most beautiful dresses I've seen in a long time. Stunning sheer skirts floated down the catwalk in jewel colours with sculpted floral tops. Look out for one of these lovelies on the red carpet soon, they are sure to be a hit with the Hollywood A-List.
Raf Simmons showed a natural progression from his cult colour blocking of SS11 at Jill Sander. Toned down mustard and teal were paired with black to make the looks a lot more wearable. The shapes were simple, cocoon jackets and tunics made this collection one of my favourites of the season.
