After what seemed like the longest of Winters, Summer finally began in the UK this week and not a moment too soon. The promise of 26 degrees and clear blue skies was enough to lure us away from the city this weekend. We headed to Brighton beach where we sat on deck chairs, ate fish and chips and walked down the Pier. How very British of us...
