Easter 2011
I celebrated the long Easter weekend with my oldest friends. We laughed, drank and danced the night away. It also happened to be one of my friend's birthdays so it was a double excuse to get together for some much needed fun.

Joanna Hillman (Senior Fashion Market Editor, Harper's Bazaar US) is another fashion week favourite. She is constantly being snapped for street style blogs and it's easy to see why, her style is effortlessly polished with an uber cool edge. I love how she mixes proportions and layers her look with different fabrics and prints. And her signature look? Red lips and blacked out shades.

If you're not daring enough to colour block this Summer don't worry, you can stick to a more neutral colour palette and still be on trend. The catwalks were full of it and the high street is too. Whilst an all white outfit may sound just as scary as a multi coloured one, it is actually easier to pull off than you think. The key is to mix textures, fabrics and tones to add interest. Think sheer silk layered over lace and denim and you'll be on the right track.

The first day of Spring
